He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Toven Johnson; his parents, Lane Johnson and Sandy Johnson; his parents-in-law, Phil and Gail Toven; his grandmother Marion Richter; his siblings, Leeanne Johnson Bridges (Derek), Jessamy Johnson Gumm (Jay Dan), Sterling (Angela), Forrest (Jessica) and Guy; and his nieces and nephews, Catalina, Jayla, Jessa, Jemma, Attley, Cullen, Cade, Isaiah, Asher and Gage.
