He is survived by: his wife Ruth Steele; his children, Janice Marks, Paula Hernandez (Paul) and James Patrick Foster (Michelle); his sister Ruby Payne; and his grandchildren, Diane, Thomas Wilson, Troy, Stephanie, Destiny, Trent and Cole Wilson. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
