With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Kelly of Cedar Hill, Texas, born in Marianna, Arkansas, who passed away on May 31, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maza Kelly and Jo Ann Kelly; his wife Leoma Kelly; his daughter Bobbie Washington; and his siblings, Lucille Gray, C. Kelly, Dudley Kelly, Roosevelt Kelly and Raymond Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Hewlett (Jeffery) of San Diego, California, Tamie Kelly (Gloria) of Atlanta, Georgia, Bruce Kelly (Valerie) of Forrest City, Jackie Frazier (Kelvin) of Cedar Hill, Texas and Shirley Bell McMorris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other special family members.
