He was predeceased by: his parents, George Buron Green, Sr. and Agnes Green, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Anne Green. He is survived by: his wife Mary Neel McDermott Green; his brother David L. Green; his daughters, Cynthia Pettit and Sherry Pettijohn (Todd); his grandchildren, Josh Pettit (Carrie), Jamie Pettit Nabors (Brent), Kelly Pettijohn Coffman (Geoff) and Nathan Pettijohn (CJ); and his great grandchildren, Autumn Morris, Jensie and Edwin Pettijohn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
