Toney Sr. and Lizetta Toney Armstrong; and his children, Cedric Elijah Armstrong and Pastor Frederick F. Toney (Corey C. Toney) of Wylie, TX.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clamous, Arthur C. Toney and L. V. Toney Jr.; his son Dr. Corey C. Toney; his wife Virginia Mae Armstrong; his children, Angela D. Toney-Fudge (Jeffrey) of Lancaster, TX, Dinah D. Toney of Lancaster, TX. and Engleburg; his grandchildren, Chris Bell, Jeffrey Fudge, Kennedy Fudge, Kiara Toney, Cortasia Toney, Frederick Lemans Toney, Benjamin Fitzgerald Toney, Corey Christopher Toney II, Elijah David Toney, Dillon Webber and Dorian Webber; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Lemans Toney and Olivia Rebecca Toney. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
