It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvie Jackson of Cedar Hill, Texas, born in Floydada, Texas, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce Jackson; his parents, Alvie Jackson and Mary Grace Jackson; and his siblings, Floy Bishop, Joy Smitherman and Bob Jackson.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Jackson; his sons, Mike Jackson (Diane) of Bellevue and Mark Jackson (Cam) of Milford, Texas; his stepchildren, Linda Taylor of Springfield, Sarah Allemand (Mark) of Gibson City, Ill and Patrick Johnson (Shannon) of Cedar Hill, TX; his grandchildren, Austin Jackson, Travis Jackson (Dacey) and Rebekah Jackson; and his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Peeler (Matt) and Cody Steward. He is also survived by eleven other step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
