He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Johnson; his brother David Johnson (Suzanne); and his children, Linda Taylor of O'Fallon, MO, Dennis Johnson (Jeannie) of Frisco, TX, Stephen Johnson (Telma) of Brazil, Sarah Allemand (Mark) of Gibson, IL and Patrick Johnson (Shannon) of Cedar Hill, TX. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
