Travis; his stepson James Bland Cooper (Traci Webber); his stepgrandsons, Evan Cooper, Drew Hand and Aaron Webber; his adoptive son Andrew Howell; his siblings, Bobbie Copeland of Hewitt, Texas and Jimmy Howell of Temple; his caregiver Roy; his cousins, Charlotte and Shirley; and his nephew John David Howell (Leann). He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
