Vinsetta Sewell wrote a sympathy message

“RIP Mr. Marvin. You truly will be missed in the marine industry for all your knowledge and professionalism. I worked with you nearly my entire marine career since 1983. You always had time to converse and answer any and all (which I had many lol) questions. Through our conversations I also learned you were a very caring person who loved his job and his family very much. I was blessed to be able to have known you and learn from you. RIP my friend, Vinsetta Sewell”
