With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jose Audencio Alejo-Mendez in Cedar Creek, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Apolinar Alejo and Guadalupe Mendez. He is survived by: his children, Jose Reymundo, Juan David, Efrain, Araceli, Patricia, Romaldo, Carmen and Maria Asunsion; and his siblings, Emeterio and Veda.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Alejo-Mendez Residence (290 Artesian Dr, Cedar Creek, TX 78612). A Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the San Francisco Javier Catholic Church (10068 Burklund Farms Rd, Austin, TX 78719). A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Assumption Cemetery (3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704).
