He is survived by: his parents, Juan T. Beltran and Delia Beltran of Cedar Creek, Texas.; his siblings, Richard Salinas Jr. (Missy), Juan D. Beltran (Lisa), Michael A. Beltran and Iris Marie Beltran; his nieces, Annalyssa Nicole Salinas, Yazmin Beltran, Ivory Beltran, Katarynna Lei Salinas and Mia Beltran; his nephew Richard Juan Henry Salinas; and his grandparents, Tony and Connie Martinez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
