He was predeceased by: his parents, Russ Welsh and Betty Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Linda Susan Anderson; his sons, Erik [Kerri] and Evan [Amber] Welsh; his grandchildren, Dylan, Susan, Kieran, Owen and Lucy; and his sisters, Desa [Doug] Ciufo and Diane Welsh.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Eloise Woods Natural Burial Park (115 Northside Ln, Cedar Creek, TX 78612).
He was especially proud of his work on the redesign of Barton Springs Road and his significant contributions to the work on US 183.
