He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Wick" Nalle Rowland; his daughter Julia Rowland Hampton (John); his grandchildren, Ben, Will and Mary Bryan of Houston; his daughter Emily Rowland Hulce (Steve); his grandchildren, Claire, Steven and Jane of Greenwich, CT.; and his sisters, Gerry Rackley (Jim) and Mari Turner (Duke). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
