It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Zak of Cat Spring, Texas, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancel Walker and Dorothy Mae Walker (Clingenpeal); her husband Clarence Zak; and her siblings, Bonnie Maple, Billy Joe Walker, Russell Walker and Bruce Walker.
She is survived by: her sons, David Zak (Roy Klaus) of Cat Spring and Stephen Zak of Dickson, Tennessee; and her sisters, Barbara Maple (Charlie), Linda Miller (Gene), Susie Devine (Jack) and Pam Mayes. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
