He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bippert and Martha Bippert; his grandsons, Jase, Keegan, Kellen and Drew Bippert; and his brothers, Nelson Bippert, Clarence Bippert (Martha Alma Wurzbach Bippert), Melvin Bippert and Thomas Bippert.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Bippert of Castroville; his children, Bryan Bippert of Natalia, Amy Bohensky (Michael) of Bronte, Brandon Bippert (Makenzie) of San Antonio, Clinton Bippert (Nikki) of Canada, Brett Bippert and Emily Bippert of Castroville; his grandchildren, Daisy Hoffman (Jacob), Bryan Bippert, Jr., Sadie Bippert, Analyn Bohensky, Katelyn Bohensky, Emalyn Bohensky and Brooks Bippert; his great grandchild Orion Hoffman; his brother Bob Bippert; and his mothers-in-law, Gaye Belcher (Donald) and Jacquelyn Bippert.
Memorials may be made in Bill's memory to any Zion Lutheran Church fund, the Medina Valley Youth Baseball Association, or the charity of your choice.
