He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Lee Dean and Ada Mae Smith Dean; and his brother James Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Dean of Castroville; his children, Ron Dean (Sundae) of Kountze, Misty Gormley (Robert) of San Antonio, Crystal De La Fuente (Jesse) of San Antonio, Chris Dean (Tish) of Dallas and Tanya Knox (Zachary) of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Patrick Dean of Tyler Gormley, J. D, Cagnoni, Jakob Gormley, David De La Fuente, Matthew Gormley, Zoey Knox, Grayson Dean, Taryn Knox and Scarlett Dean; and his great grandchildren, Camila Hubenthal and Anakin Gormley.
