With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Joseph Franz of Castroville, Texas, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on November 5, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph Franz and Melrose Elizabeth Brady Franz; his grandmother Margaret Brady; his sister Cynthia Swing; and his in-laws, Daniel and Mary Ellen Quick.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Franz of Castroville; his daughter Sarah; his son-in-law Justin Haby of Castroville; his grandsons, Joseph Storey Haby and Hayden Robert Haby; and his siblings, Randy Amiel (Patty) of Rialto, CA, Candace Scialdone (Frank) of Nampa, ID, Daniel Franz (Caroline) of Houma, LA and Cyndy Sanchez (Jerry) of Loranger, LA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
