He is survived by: his children, Richard Gutierrez and Christina Gutierrez; and his brothers, Luis Gutierrez (late Irene), Estevan Gutierrez, Jr., David Gutierrez (Vilma) and Guillermo Gutierrez (Marlene). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
