She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Dilmann Ruempel, Sr. and Hazel Gertrude Schuchart Ruempel; her brother Danny Ruempel; and her niece Kelli Bourquin. She is survived by: her husband Herbert David Dyer; her children, Travis Dyer of Castroville, Heidi Nailor (Brian) of Carlisle and Adam Dyer of Castroville; her grandson Damon Nailor (Paige); her great grandchildren, Kylan and Kenley Nailor; and her sisters-in-law, Melva Jean Vistuba and Cindy Ruempel. She is also survived by three nephews.
Memorials may be made in Nelrose's memory to St. Louis Catholic School.
