She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Francis Noonan and Mary Sue Steele Noonan; her husband Brad Billings; and her brother Kevin Noonan. She is survived by: her children, Sabrina, Chris Alvarez of San Antonio, Gregory and Lynsey Billings of San Angelo; her grandchildren, Ashley Botello, Nicholas Botello, Jacob Alvarez, Mckayla Alvarez, Conley Billings and Palmer Billings; and her siblings, Mary Jo (Richard Cate), James (Tracey Noonan), Diane Besfer of San Antonio, Tim (Mere Noonan), Shawn (Kris Noonan) and Cathy (Darren Marty). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Nancy's memory to St. Louis Catholic School or any other fund at St. Louis Catholic Church.
