It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Francis Ehlinger Tschirhart (Castroville, Texas), born in Devine, Texas, who passed away on August 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Ehlinger and Theresa Ehlinger; her siblings, William Ehlinger, Alex Ehlinger (Florence), Herbert Ehlinger (Vivian), Ferdie Ehlinger (Lydia), Arthur Ehlinger, Annie Marie Haass (Louis) and Laura Mae McMillan (Robert); her siblings-in-law, Shirley Ehlinger, Betty Ehlinger, Shirley Oefinger (Edson) and Hilmer Bendele; and her parents-in-law, Alex H. Tschirhart, Joe Riff and Marguerite Ahr Tschirhart Riff.
She is survived by: her husband Alex Tschirhart; her sons, Terry Tschirhart (Janet), Jeffrey Tschirhart (Patti), Anthony Tschirhart (Angela) and Scott Tschirhart (Teresa); her grandchildren, Ben Tschirhart (Amy), Tyler Tschirhart (Suzanne Zink), Alyxandra Hackebeil (Elliott), Sydney Guarnero (Josh), Maycee Russell (Bolton), Taylor, Sabrina Tschirhart, Kymberlyn Tschirhart (Zachary Patty), Kristin Glover (Chris) and Clay Ostrom (Amber); her great grandchildren, Emma, Kade Tschirhart, Audrey, Whitney Guarnero, Margot Hackebeil, Walton Russell, Abby, Ella Odle, Hudson Glover, Katelyn and Talyn Ostrom; her siblings, Louis Ehlinger, Marvin Ehlinger, Melvin Ehlinger (Frances) and Alda Rose McAllister (Walter); and her sisters-in-law, Helen Ehlinger, June Ehlinger and Melrose Bendele.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the St. Ann's Altar Society at St. Louis Catholic Church or the American Legion Post 460.
