She was predeceased by: her parents, Dionicio Burvato and Diamantina Martinez Burvato; her husband Antonio "Tony" Mascorro, Sr.; her children, Adriana Mascorro, Fernando Mascorro and Armando Mascorro; her grandson Juan Mascorro; her children-in-law, Mike Schieber and Eileen Ybarra; her brother Robert Burvato; and her brother-in-law Gerald Manahan.
She is survived by: her children, Tomas Mascorro (Maria) of San Antonio, Marcos Mascorro of Castroville, Jose Mascorro of Fort Worth, Antonio "Tony" Mascorro, Jr. (Rachel) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Margarita Lombana (Frank) of Chloride, Isabel Schieber of Henderson and Teresa "Terri" Sanchez (Antonio, Jr.) of Pflugerville; her daughter-in-law Diana Mascorro; and her siblings, Santos Burvato of Schertz, Sandalia Ruiz (Lupe) of Grand Blanc, Frances Manahan of Poteet and Ruth Foreman (Levi) of San Antonio. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Maria's memory to St. Louis Catholic Church.
