He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Burell of Castroville; his children, Richard Burell of Rio Medina, Michael Burell of Castroville, Cynthia Mechler (Gary) of College Station and Patrick Burell (Joy) of Devine; his grandchildren, Brenden Burell, Dustin Burell (Alma), Cassandra Conger (Chris), Courtney Poulsen (Jake), Chelsea Amelang (Travis), Jesse Stuart (Holley), Ashley Stuart and Casey Chiles; his siblings, Dorothy Boehme, Gerald P. Burell (Brenda) and Glenn Burell (Marcine); and his sisters-in-law, Jane Bourquin and Joan Seekatz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home (1016 Lorenzo St, Castroville, TX 78009). A rosary was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (1306 Angelo St, Castroville, TX 78009).
Memorials may be made in Larry's memory to St. Louis Catholic School or to the charity of your choice.
