He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamerto Duncan, Sr. and Maria Saenz Duncan; his brother Carlos Duncan (Mary) of La Coste; and his in-laws, Richard Lopez and Josie Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Roland Duncan (Kelly) of Needville, Andrew Duncan (Stacey) of Houston, Eric Duncan (Betty) of Wharton and Vanessa Rangel (David) of Natalia; his siblings, Roberta Lopez of La Coste, Dolores C. De Baca (Art) of Waddell, Arizona, George Duncan of Fort Walton Beach and Jesse Duncan (Alamar) of Huntingdon; and his sister-in-law Irene Duncan of San Antonio. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church (15825 Bexar St, Lacoste, TX 78009). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
