He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. and Verda V. Morrow. He is survived by: his spouses, Pauline Marie Altman and Pauline Morrow of Castroville; his children, Johnny Wayne Morrow (Sharon) of Poteet, Randy Lee Morrow (Rhonda) of Bulverde, Brenda Kay Morrow and Karen Ann Morrow Triana; and his grandchildren, Johnny Morrow, Jr. (Lorena), Katie Chain, Lindsey Pyle (Cody), Ryan Morrow (Amber) and Sarah Triana. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
