We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023 we had to say goodbye to James Gerald Wright Jr. of Castroville, Texas, born in Poteet, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gerald Wright, Sr. and Sophie Rakowitz Wright; and his wife Eugenia Wright. He is survived by: his children, Celeste Utley (Gregory) of Spring, Denise Wright of Castroville and Gerald Wright of San Antonio; his granddaughter Rachel Utley; and his siblings, Gladys Scheidt (Hermann) of Pleasanton, Rose Pennartz (Sam) of Rio Medina, Betty Jean Ferrill (Wayne) of Pleasanton and Benny Wright of Austin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Memorials may be made in Jerry's memory to St. Louis Men's Society or to the American Legion Weiss-Wurzbach Post 460 Scholarship Fund.
