He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Welch; his children, Jo Michele Pierson, Melisa Jo (Thomas Marcum), Krystal Welch, Patrick Welch and Brenda Welch; his grandchildren, Karys Marcum, Ryan Marcum, Hailey Yarbrough, Kris Yarbrough and Emma Lopez-Welch; and his siblings, Del Welch (Sharron), Paul Welch (Marcy) and Larry Welch (Darla).
