It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gina Eglantina Gallegos Willms of Castroville, Texas, born in Laredo, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gabino Gallegos and Maria Perez Gallegos; her husband Theodore "Ted" Willms; and her brother Victor Gallegos. She is survived by: her children, Adam Willms of San Antonio and Michelle; her son-in-law David Luellen of Castroville; her grandchildren, Katie Ramos, Austin Miller, Ezekiel Willms, Brendan Luellen, Blake Luellen and Ezra Willms; her great grandchildren, Silas Luellen and Mila Churchill; and her brother Guillermo Gallegos. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
