He was predeceased by: his parents, Ariel Haby and Julia Haby; his grandson Blake Andrew Haby; his brother Royce Haby; his sister-in-law Selma Haby; and his siblings, Margie Haby, Joyce Harwell and Kenneth Haby.
He is survived by: his spouses, Frances "Frankie" Martha Finger and Frankie Haby of Castroville; his daughters, Gail (Haass), Brenda (Dwight Haby), Lisa Soler and Lois (Noel Emerson); his grandchildren, Lynsie Crow (Philip), Shea Haass, Jason Haby (Vandy), Briana Soler, Kendall Soler, Elliott Soler, Hunter Griffin and Grant Griffin; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah Nino (Daniel) and Hailey Abell (Jared); his great grandchildren, Kyla Solis, Karson Solis, Kenna Solis, Karter Crow, Arden Haby, Madeline Haby and Cameron Haby; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Haby. He is also survived by four daughters, eight grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
