He was predeceased by : his father Thomas Watson "Watt" Murrah; and his grandparents, Harold, Corinne Webb, Jake and Elizabeth Murrah.

He is survived by : his mother Barbara Webb Murrah of Castroville; his daughter Madison Murrah of Rio Medina; his stepparents, Jackie Murrah of Castroville and Gary Humphreys of Del Rio; his sister Kate; his brother-in-law Cliff Fowler of Devine; his niece Corinne Fowler; his nephew Owen Fowler; his stepsiblings, Julie Ryczek and Steve Tedford (Denise); and his sweetheart Julie Boehme Guinther of Castroville. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Memorials may be made in Frank's memory to Scottish Rite Hospital for Children or the charity of your choice.
