We bid farewell to Debra Rene Kononchuk Wilson of Castroville, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 13, 2025 at the age of 68. Debra Rene Kononchuk touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Kononchuk and Virginia Belle Gerard Kononchuk; and her siblings, Carrie Flores and Mike Kononchuk. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wilson, Sr. of Castroville; her sons, Jerry Wilson, Jr. (Miranda) of Hondo and Paul Wilson (Danielle) of Castroville; her grandchildren, Jerry Wilson, Juliet Wilson and Travis Wilson; and her brothers, Paul Kononchuk (Debra) of Castroville and Samuel Kononchuk II of Kyle.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home (1016 Lorenzo St, Castroville, TX 78009). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
