It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel C. Gates of Castroville, Texas, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William Gates and Julia Mary Billings Gates; and his wife Linda Gates. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Gates-Morales (Daniel) of Castroville and Michelle Moore of Medina Lake; his grandchildren, Autum Jackson and Serena Jackson; his brother Fred C. Gates (Pam) of Sebastian, Florida; and his friend Barbara Thompson.
