She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Rihn (Harold Balmos); her daughters, Cathy Lester and Laurie Burkett; her son-in-law James Lynn Burkett; her granddaughter Katy Lauren Smith; her siblings, Anna Louise "Easy" Hans and William "Billy" Tschirhart; and her brother-in-law Carl Fields.
She is survived by: her former husband Harold J. Balmos; her children, Maurice "Reesie" Rihn Jr. (Stephanie) and Clare Smith (Lewis); her stepdaughter Anise Adamietz (Gerald); her son-in-law Leland Lester; her grandchildren, Sonja Foxcroft (Geoffrey), Nick Lester (Ava), Sarah Burkett Archer (Josh), Kelsey Burkett (TJ McCarty), Jessica Armstrong (Jamie), Justin Rihn (Angela), Jolie Smith and Ellie Smith; her stepgrandsons, Scott and Patrick Adamietz; her great grandchildren, Layne, Harrison, Andrew, Triston, Tuff, Tucker, Adalida, Trace, Tyne, Corbin and Ava; her sister Merilyn "Tootsie" Fields; and her siblings-in-law, Alfrene Tschirhart and Harold Hans.
