He is survived by : his children, Carl, Derek and Chelsea Chase; his grandchildren, Michaella, Bryndle and Hayden Chase; his stepmother Joyce Chase; his sisters, Terry Farris and Carla Chase; and his extended family, Bryan and Yvonne Chase.
