He was predeceased by: his brother Don Vierus; and his granddaughter Mindy Vierus. He is survived by: his children, Dale Vierus of Castell, Natalie Vollmer (Tracy) of Kerrville and John Dean Vierus (Colleen Webb) of Austin; his siblings, DeeDee Fiedler and Jimmy Simpson of Castell; his parents, Clifford Vierus and Nonie Kothmann Vierus; and his wife Carolyn Wallendorf Vierus. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fredericksburg Funeral Home (2278 S US Hwy 87, Fredericksburg, TX 78624).
