He is survived by: his wife Vasantibhen Patel; his sister Vimalabhen Patel (Hirabhai Patel); his children, Manojbhai Patel (Bhavnabhen Patel), Jaynabhen Patel (Kishorbhai Patel), Diptibhen Patel (Maheshbhai Patel) and Kirtibhen Patel (Dineshbhai Patel); and his grandchildren, Pranav Patel, Ravina Patel, Roshani Patel, Mohit Patel, Bhumik Patel, Chaitali Patel and Yachna Patel. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
