He is survived by: his wife Felecia Arlene Burnes Mayfield; his children, Wayne Mayfield (Diana) and Sharon Henderson (Benny); his stepson Jon Erik Hough; his sisters, Betty Mayfield and Mary Bell Littlepage; and his grandchildren, Jacklyn Mayfield, Bailey Mayfield, Kendall Mayfield, Britany Mayfield, Kailyn Mayfield, T. J. Mayfield, Asher Hough, Trey Henderson and Abrianna Henderson. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
