He was predeceased by: his parents, Covie Ray and Ida Marie Durr Middleton; his former wife Allene Burns; and his siblings, Carolyn Middleton, David Bryant and Ricky Lane Middleton.
He is survived by: his former spouse Pamila Arlene Wallesch; his wife Pam Middleton of Carthage; his daughters, Lynnette Jeans (Thomas) of Carthage and Tammy Jacobs (Edward) of Carthage; his stepdaughters, Amber Lawless of El Paso and Morgan Blissett (Josh) of Carthage; his sisters, Brenda Moore (William) of Mooringsport, LA and Janell Ashby (Ron); his grandchildren, Chris Latham (Jessica), Jamie Tutt (Steve), Anthony Propes (Tiffany) and Krystal Cleveland (Bobby); his stepgrandchildren, Stephen Lawless, Savannah Lawless, Olivia Blissett and Aaron Blissett; and his great grandchildren, Kenzie Latham, Covie Latham, Gavin McDaniel, Clay McDanial, Sadie Hanson, Mallory Tutt, Easton Tutt, Dakota Tutt and Emberlyn Blissett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
