She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burton and Ethel Whittiker Pierce; her husband Don Joseph Handorf; her sons, Don Joseph Handorf, Jr., Henry Burton Handorf and Michael Ray Handorf; and her brothers, Charles Burton Pierce and Donald Ray Pierce.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amanda Handorf (Patrick Brown), Amber Handorf, Aimee Handorf, Diane Summers (Daniel), Samantha Jamison, Joshua Steed and Derren Steed; her siblings, Diane Casto, Linda Sonia (Bill) and Ronnie Pierce (Betty); and her sister-in-law Pat Pierce. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
