She was predeceased by: her parents, James Homer and Lessie Mae Baker Barnett; her husband Chester Ray Price; and her children, William Ernest Price, Billy Wayne Price, Jerold Ray Price, Frances Faye Hennigan, Deborah Lynn Price and Donna Beth Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Price of Lufkin, Lessie Hughes of Carthage and Nettie McCray (Buck) of Marshall; her siblings, James Homer Barnett of Kansas, Emma Ruth Bailey of Carthage and Olean Broadus (Jerry) of Carthage; and her close friend Carolyn Harrison. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
