He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ray and Mildred Laverne Chamness Shepherd; and his cousin Eric Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Olive Shepherd; his daughters, Virginia Annette Whatley (Lee) and Victoria Lee Ekern (Brant); and his sister Annette Powell (Jim). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
