He is survived by: his wife Sheila Bishop Bellamy; his children, Sarah Gordon (Donnie), Katie Jameson (Joseph), Amanda Weathington, Matthew, Emily Schneider (Charles), April LaChae Reeves (Brian), Len Ray (Jaime), Adam Cheshire and Heather; his brothers, Will Bellamy (Jean), David Bellamy (Lisa) and Gregory Carriere; his brother-in-law Dean Mayeux; his nieces, Cheryl Mayeux Smith (Donavan Smith), Jaya Bellamy and Lydia Bellamy; his great-niece Madison Smith; his grandchildren, Allen (Brittney), Matt (Natalie), Branton, Dylan, Chelsea, Aiden, Kayleigh, Kayden, Maelyn, Alivia, Collin, Nolan, K'Lynn, Brooklyn, Riley, Kealyn, Charlotte, Evelyn and Kolt; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Mae, Emmerson Lane and Wyatt Allen.
