He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Patrick and Tina Michelle Stephens Jacks; his siblings, Tina Hooper (Greg), Krysta Moore (Charlie), Mika Chambers (Cullen), John Nickel (Cassie), Dustin Jacks (Jamie), Danielle Smith and Brandon Marney; and his grandparents, Sherry and Brad Whitehead. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
