He is survived by: his parents, Kervin Dial Crooms and Cora Rebecca "Becky" Crooms; his wife Shelly Crooms; his children, Justin Crooms (Amber) and Maddie Crooms; his stepdaughters, Summer Adams, Amber Adams and Rebecca Pointer (Bryan); and his grandchildren, Payton, Sam, Mykka and Nathan. He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and fur babies.
