She was predeceased by: her son Mark Schultz; and her brother Oscar Meadows. She is survived by: her husband Jay Schultz; her children, David Schultz, Bill Schultz (Deborah) and Bethany Tervalon (Harry); her siblings, Donald Meadows (Ruth Ann) and Diana Garofoli; her grandchildren, Tracy Schultz Donow, Kerry Schultz, Kaylyn Schultz Appleyard, Kevin Schultz, Lauren Schultz, Juan Valencia, Stephen Schultz and Emily Schultz; her great grandchild Hudson Donow; and also Gloria. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Kathleen's name to the Carthage I.S.D. Athletic Program, #1 Bulldog Dr., Carthage, TX 75633.
