With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Oliver-Elliott of Carthage, Texas, who passed away on June 21, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd D. Cooper and Kitty Lay Cooper; and her husband Joe Elliott. She is survived by: her son Gary Saine (Brenda) of DeBerry. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
