She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Parker-Moon and Lula Parker-Moon; her husband Marshall Weldon George of Long Branch; her brother Russell Moon; her daughters, Susan George and Brenda Nix; and her grandchildren, Shannon McCay, Stacy Gangloff, Sharla Lewis (Kevin), Jeff Nix (Maureen) and Kim Reeves (Ricky). She was also cherished by six great grand children and two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers family suggests memorials in her name to Bethel Baptist Church or Hospice Plus.
