It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Peace (Carthage, Texas), who passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Peace and Vonnie Wilson Peace; his wife LaVerne Peace; and his siblings, Hollis Peace, Gertrude Sistrunk, Jimmie Cureton and Nell Kalichak.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwain Peace (Teresa) and Sammy Peace (Retha); his siblings, Jack Peace, Bill Peace (Reba), Bobbie Barron and Sandra Albritton; his grandchildren, Sammie Kay Peace, Brandi Moon, Ashton Peace, Cherie Barnes (William) and Craig Peace (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Tinsley Chastain, Celeste Smith, Kaitlyn Reneau, Faith Smith, Natalie Peace, Hunter Bagley, Brody Peace, Braylen Peace, Austin Willisford, Tyler Fountain, Paxton Graves, Samuel Clayton Bagley, Joey Huff and Caroline Moon.
