He was predeceased by: his former wife Pamela Jane Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Tina Worthington of Carthage; his daughters, Shelley Florence (Matt) of Waxahachie and Wendy Herbst (Tim) of Wylie; his siblings, Donna Harvey (Keith Copeland) of Anderson and Carl; his sister-in-law Kim Smith of Carthage; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Dylan, Ella and Chloe; his stepgrandson Kane Ainsworth; and also Worthington Plumbing. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
