With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffery Scott Russell of Carthage, Texas, born in Rome, New York, who passed away on February 15, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Sue Glass and Harold E. Russell. He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Collier (Russ) of Aledo, Kay Dade (Mike) of McKinney, Denise Duccatte (Robert) of Clifton Park, NY, Kevin Russell (Deborah) of Castle Rock, CO, John Russell of Scotia, NY and Andrew Russell (Tina) of Wautoma, WI. He is also survived by 10 nephews and 3 nieces, 4 great nieces and 1 great nephew; and a host of friends.
